Social project: Quarantine Relationship Simulator

Almost half of men in Ukraine believe that a woman should leave paid work for childcare, and among all men only 3% who take parental leave. During the COVID-19 pandemic, quarantine has only escalated many problems of gender stereotypes.

Idea

To show the problem in easy way, so that both women and men can easily perceive information about the division of family responsibilities.

Solution

Together with UNFPA we have developed a web game «Quarantine Relationship Simulator» and also three training videos in the style of a web game with practical tips and life hacks.

We managed to disguise the discussion and solution of family problems into a simple pleasant game that was interesting for both women and men.
