Background
During the full scale war in Ukraine, Europe continued to buy gas and oil from russia. Despite all of the help to Ukraine, it was a massive replenishment of the russian budget.
Challenge
Two weeks before the scheduled meeting of the European Parliament, gather tens of thousands of votes of the Ukrainian people so that lawmakers of the European Parliament hear and realize all the danger into which the democratic world is being driven and begin to look for an alternative to their energy stability.

Ми вирішили зібрати голоси українців через петицію проти закупівлі газу перед запланованою сесією Європарламенту.
Solution
We created the loud and killer #GasIsAGun campaign. In this campaign, our main goal was to show Ukrainians that their voice — is their power. And we did it with the help of influencers and opinion leaders, Telegram channels and other social media.
- In two weeks, we collected more than 30,000 votes on the petition!
- We had support from 30 most famous Ukrainian influencers.
- We reached 4,000,000 Ukrainians and received at least 78 placements in various media.
